Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Scattered tools

The website, member or donor list, events, and payments each live in a different system, so someone reconciles spreadsheets before every board meeting.

PDF & form renewals

Members renew through PDFs, generic forms, or emailed checks, and staff re-key every one.

Aging custom portals

A login built years ago that nobody wants to touch, and the original developer is gone.

No tech staff

Your board, staff, and volunteers are experts in your mission, not in hosting, security, or vendor contracts.

Donations & programs in silos

Donations, volunteer sign-ups, and program records sit in separate tools, so pulling numbers for a grant report or board meeting takes days.

Boards without a home base

Board documents, minutes, and updates live in email threads instead of one secure place.

FAQ

Common questions

What happens in the free Tech Review?

We look at your current website, membership or donor, renewal, and event tools, then send a short list of practical recommendations. There's no obligation.

Do we have to switch to MemberTrace?

No. We support existing platforms too. MemberTrace is one option when your current tools are scattered or outdated.

What's included in a Care Plan?

Hosting, updates, security monitoring, small content changes, and direct support. The exact scope depends on the site.

We're an AMC. Can you work across several of our clients?

Yes. Supporting many organizations through one technical partner is exactly what this page is about.

We're a nonprofit, not a membership society. Is this for us?

Yes. We build and support nonprofit websites, donation and event pages, board portals, and the workflows behind them. We'll also tell you honestly when an off-the-shelf tool is the better fit.

Do you replace our donor CRM or accounting system?

Not necessarily. Often the best move is connecting or cleaning up the tools you already have. The Tech Review is where we figure that out.

Who will we actually work with?

The same small senior team that designs, builds, and supports your systems. There is no account-manager layer.
